Troubleshoong ps
If the soluons listed in the Troubleshoong soluons table below do not resolve your
problem, please contact your service provider for assistance. Your service provider may ask
for the status of the S33 front panel LED for more informaon).
You may have to reset the S33 conguraon to the default factory sengs if your S33 is not
funconing properly. See Reset the cable modem conguraon sengs for more
informaon.

■ Check each end of the coaxial cable connecon on the cable
modem and cable wall outlet.
■ Use your hand to ghten each connector, if necessary.
■ Check the Ethernet cable to make sure it is properly connected to
the cable modem and computer.
■ If you have cable television service, check your television to
ensure your cable service is operang properly.
■ If none of the above soluons resolves the problem, contact your
service provider or call ARRIS Technical Support at
1-877-466-8646 for assistance.
Cannot access the internet ■ Check that all cable and power connecons on your cable
modem and computer are properly connected.
■ Check that the front panel LED icon on the front panel is lit up
solid.
■ Contact your service provider for assistance.
