OIL PUMP
CLEANING
Wash all parts in a suitable solvent and inspect
carefully for damage or wear.
INSPECTION
(1) Before installing oil pump check pump bore
depth in block (A) and pump body height (B) (Fig.
78). Difference between A and B should be
0.020-0.082 mm.
(2) Check clearance between rotors (Fig. 80).
