As this model aircraft is a sophisticated hobby product, it must be flown with safety and common sense in mind, failure in doing so may result in injury or property damage. Introduction Arrows Hobby’ s sincere work, the 1200mm Trekker! Arrows Hobby has always hoped that the developed model can not only meet the needs of novice players to get started, but also meet the needs of old players to explore more gameplay. Therefore, the research and development concept it upholds has never changed, that is, " higher stability, better handling, more possibilities". Trekker is a work based on the above standards.
Model assembly Fuselage installation 1. Pass the servo extension cable through the front fuselage. 2. As shown in the figure, fix the front and rear fuselage using the included screws. (Note: please be sure that the front and rear fuselages are firmly connected before locking the screws) HKM3.0*10mm Horizontal stabilizer installation 1.Align the horizontal stabilizer with the slot at the rear of the fuselage, and slide it towards the nose to tighten it. 2.
Model assembly Main wing installation 1.Install the wing spar through the fuselage pass-through as shown. 2.Install the two wing halves to fuselage, with control surface facing down as shown. 3.Use the included screws to secure the wing halves to the fuselage. HKM3.0*10mm 4.Align the holes of support bars with the holes on the fuselage and the main wing. 5.Fix the supporting bars onto fuselage and main wing using included screws. KA2.0*8mm HKM3.
Model assembly Propeller and spinner installation 1. Assemble the propeller and spinner as shown below. Note:The motor should rotate clockwise when viewing the plane from the rear. Float assembly installation 1. As shown in the image, connect both floats with the metal struts and secure the structure with the included screws. 2. Connect the floats to the fuselage and secure with the included screws and retainer. HKM3.0*10mm HKM3.
Battery installation 1. Remove the battery hatch. 2. Remove the hook and loop tape from the fuselage. Apply the looped surface to the battery. 3. Install the battery into the fuselage- securing it with the preinstalled battery straps. Note: The weight of each battery may vary due to different manufacturing techniques. Move the battery fore or aft to achieve the optimal center of gravity. Receiver diagram The cables from the servo connector board should be connected to your receiver in the order shown.
Preflight check transmitter and model setup After assembly and prior to your first flight, make sure all control surfaces respond correctly to your transmitter by referring to the diagram below. Control throws The suggested control throw setting for the 1200mm Trekker are as follows (dual rate setting): Tips: The maiden flight should always be flown using low rates, fly the aircraft until you are familiar with its characteristics prior to trying high rates.
Finding the center of gravity Finding the correct center of gravity is critical in ensuring that the aircraft performs in a stable and responsive manner. Please adjust the weight distribution so the aircraft balances in the range stated on the diagram. 50mm-60mm • Depending on the capacity and weight of your choosen flight batteries, move the battery forward or backward to adjust the center of gravity.
Before flying the model Monitor your flight time Monitor and limit your flight time using a timer (such as a stopwatch or on the transmitter, if available). As modern Lithium Polymer batteries are not designed to discharge completely, when the battery runs low, the ESC will lower then completely cut the power to the motors to protect the battery. Often (but not always) power can be briefly restored after the motor cuts off by holding the throttle stick all the way down for a few seconds.
Troubleshooting Problem Possible Cause Solution Aircraft will not respond to the throttle but responds to other controls. ESC is not armed. Throttle channel is reversed. 飞机简介 Arrows Hobby 的诚意之作，1200mm 级别初学者训练机漫游者 (Trekker) ！ Arrows Hobby 一直希望所研发的机型既能满足新手玩家入门的需求，也能满足老玩家探索更多玩法的需求，所以所秉承的研 发理念始终不改，即“更高稳定性、更优操控性、更多可能性” 。漫游者即是基于以上标准的优选之作。 漫游者采用前三点式布局，滑跑指向性优越，其主起落架采用非常结实的铝板，两侧跨度大、弧形平，可有效吸收重降冲力。 轻量化 EPO 材质、上单翼布局、大机翼面积，带来低翼载荷、高升阻比的飞行特性，使玩家即使在低速飞行时也能够操控自如。此 外可选配浮筒，升级玩法，畅享水陆起降的双重乐趣。 整机依旧沿用品牌一贯的快拆快装结构，其中平尾和前起落架都采用卡扣设计，一压可装，一拉可拆。值得一提的是，机身采 用两截式结构，便于配件置换，也便利携带和存储。 动力系统采用无刷配置，可轻松完成倒飞、横滚、筋斗，低空飞行等特技表演动作。 漫游者 (Trekker) 是典型的 4 通道飞机：油门，升降，方向、副翼。于新手玩家来说一目了然，于老玩家来说大道至简。 特征： • 动力配置：3136-KV1
组装过程 机身安装 1.将舵机延长线穿过前机身。 2.如图所示，使用附属螺丝固定前后机身。 (注：固定此位置需要前后机身用力对接紧再锁螺丝） HKM3.0*10mm 平尾安装 1.将平尾对准机身尾部槽位，向机头方向滑动卡紧。 2.安装连接钢丝至平尾舵角。 起落架安装 1. 将起落架对准机身槽位，胶件卡位两侧外移一点安装 起落架到槽位内。 (注：安装前检查起落架钢丝要对准舵机摇臂孔位） 2. 如图所示，安装主起落架，并用螺丝和垫片固定。 HKM3.
组装过程 主翼安装 1.如图所示，将主翼对接管装入机身槽位。 2.如图所示，保持舵面朝下，安装两侧主翼至机身。 3.如图所示，使用附属螺丝固定主翼至机身。 HKM3.0*10mm 4.如图所示，将翼撑孔位对准机身和主翼的孔位。 5.使用附属螺丝固定两侧翼撑。 KA2.0*8mm HKM3.
组装过程 螺旋桨安装 1. 如图所示，依序安装螺旋桨和桨罩组件。 注意：机翼后方视角下，电机应保持顺时针旋转。 浮筒安装 1. 如图所示，将浮筒支撑杆安装至图示塑胶件部分，用 螺丝固定支撑杆。 2. 如图所示，将装上支撑杆的浮筒组安装至机身底部， 用螺丝和塑胶压片固定。 HKM3.0*10mm HKM3.
电池安装 如图所示，安装厂家推荐型号电池至电池舱，使用所附魔 术带或魔术贴固定。 注意： 1. 电池与电调连接前，务必确定油门杆处于低位。 2. 启动油门前，务必确定没有任何人或物体处于螺旋 桨的转动直径以内。 3.
重要产品相关信息 1. 本产品随附的电调处在安全启动模式。安全启动模式，意即如果电机、电池已连接至电调，但油门杆不在低油门 位置或关闭位置，电机不会启动，只有将油门杆移至低油门位置或关闭位置，电机才会启动。油门杆移至低油门位 置或关闭位置时，电机将发出一系列哔声。几声相同的哔声表示电调已检测到电池。哔声的数量等于电池的节数。 此时，电机已准备就绪，并将随着油门移动开始启动。 2. 电机和电调已预连接，需要观察电机转动方向是否正确，如方向不正确，只需换插三条电机与电调连接线中的任 意两条，即可改变电机转动方向。 3. 电机具有刹车设置（可选项） 。由于电调是刹车关闭状态，我们推荐电机也保持刹车关闭状态。此外，请注意，当 油门杆处在全油门位置上时，如果将电机、电池连接到电调，则可能会意外打开刹车。如要关闭刹车，需将油门杆 移至全油门位置，并插上电机电池，电机此时会发出一声哔响，再将油门杆移至低油门位置或关闭位置，则电机已 准备就绪，且刹车将被关闭。 4. 电池的选择和安装。我们推荐使用 11.
舵面测试 在计划飞行之前，需要使用遥控器测试每个舵面的工作情况，确保摇杆动作与各个舵面动作的对应关系如下图所示 ： 注意：在舵面调试中，请务必将油门摇置于最低位，并将桨拆下，以免电机意外启动发生事故。 副翼 副翼摇杆 向左运动 副翼摇杆 向右运动 升降舵 升降摇杆 向上运动 升降摇杆 向下运动 方向舵 方向摇杆 向左运动 20 方向摇杆 向右运动
