The figure above shows a three-channel configuration example consisting of the following
components:
• E-500.00 chassis with power supply
• Amplifier Slot 1: E-503.00 three-channel amplifier module
• Amplifier Slots 2 and 3: not used, covered with dummy modules
• Contr. Slot 1: E-509.C1A single-channel sensor / servo-control module for capacitive
sensor
• Contr. Slot 2 and 3: E-509.S1 single-channel sensor / servo-control modules for SGS
sensors
• Display/Interface Slot: E-517.i3 three-channel interface / display module
