Installing the Application Software
This section describes how to install the processing items in the Application Software to the
Controller. The Setup Menus are used to install these processing items.
The installation procedure varies depending on the controller model and the application
software used.

It will not be possible to start the Setup Menu if you change the contents of the memory card after
installing it in a personal computer or other device.
Never perform the following with the memory card:
• Changing file names
• Moving, deleting or editing files
• Overwriting data
• Formatting
1. Check that the basic components are connected.
Always refer to the Setup Manual when connecting components or wiring the power supply or
ground wires.
