Optimizing
the Portrait Tower's Sonic Performance
4. When you face the Television, the
right
speaker (labeled on the
input
terminal on the back
of
the Portrait Tower) is located on the right side
of
the display and left speaker is on the
left
side.
5. Place the speakers
so
that
they are flush
with
the
front
of
your display.
6. The Portrait Towers should be set up to take advantage
of
the
imaging
benefits provided
by the DualMono Center Channel. The varying widths
of
different televisions
as
well at the
distance
to
the listening position dictate the need
to
focus the speakers
to
allow for a clean,
clear dialogue that also has a wide listening area. This is a simple process
but
you should
experiment with the speaker placement while listening
to
maximize their potential.
