ISSUE SOLUTION

Bluetooth

disconnection.

Sound is not clear

or there is no sound

at all.

Music won’t play

on the speaker.

Ensure your device is within 33 feet of Big Blue Tower

and reconnect your device to Big Blue Tower.

Make sure unit is in Bluetooth Source mode by tapping

the Bluetooth Source button.

Power Big Blue Tower off and then back on.

Adjust your device’s equalizer.

Check Big Blue Tower or your device’s volume level.

Make sure Big Blue Tower is plugged in.

Confirm device is paired or correct source is selected.

Power Big Blue Tower off and then back on.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Note: Big Blue Tower remembers the last device paired.

If you would like to use another device, pair that device

manually. Please refer to page X for pairing instruction.
