Lifetime Replacement Guarantee

Telebrands warrants that, for the original purchaser’s entire lifetime, the Red

Copper Cookware won’t have defects in material and workmanship if used

only for regular household purposes. If the Red Copper Cookware is found

defective during this time, we will replace or repair the Red Copper

Cookware at our option.

There will be no charge, besides processing fee as follows:

To obtain the replacement or repair, send the product, your shipping address

and phone number, the nature of the issue with your Red Copper Cookware

to Telebrands Corp. – Red Copper warranty, 79 Two Bridges Road,

You may direct any questions to 1-800-280-5124. When you ship your

product to us. Make sure you can track your shipment and obtain insurance,

as we are not responsible for it and the Lifetime Warranty does not apply to

items lost or damaged intransit.

If you are a California resident, the shipping and handling charge is

inapplicable, provided you supply proof of purchase and contact us at 1-800-

280-5424 to obtain instructions. Under California law, if the warranty covers

the Red Copper Cookware defect, California residents may alternately return

the Red Copper Cookware to the merchant who sold it or to a retail store,

which sells similar Red Copper Cookware products. The merchant then may

offer a repair, refund the purchase price, minus loss of value to the product

from the consumer’s use, or suggest to the consumer a repair facility

independent from the merchant. If these do not provide appropriate relief,

the California resident customer can then go to an independent repair facility

if service is economically feasible. Telebrands will then pay for service,

repair, replacement, or refund for Red Copper Cookware covered bu the

Lifetime Replacement Guarantee if the amount is reasonable.

This warranty does not cover or apply to damage to the Red Copper

Cookware that is the result of misuse, abuse, accident, heating beyond

temperatures specified in the Red Copper Cookware instructions, scratches

or damage that is merely cosmetic or minor in that it does not significantly

affect the performance of the Red Copper Cookware. In Addition, the

Lifetime Replacement Guarantee expressly excludes incidental and

consequential damages of any kind whatsoever. As some states prohibit
