Export the Central Phonebook to a csv file
The complete phonebook can be exported to a csv file for example for editing or backup
reasons.
1 Select “Central Phonebook”.
2 Click “Export”.
3 Click “Download file” in the window that appears.
4 Click “Save” in the dialog window that appears.
5 Enter a name of the file and select in which folder the file should be saved.
6 Click "Save".
8.9 Users
This section describes the Users sub menu and how to do the following:
• Show all registered users in the IP-DECT system.
• Search for user information.
• Add a user.
• Add a user administrator.
• Import a csv file with user information.
• Export a csv file with user information.
8.9.1 Show all Registered Users in the IP-DECT System
Shows both User Administrator and Users.
1 Select Users > Users.
2 Click "show".
It is possible to change the order of the list by clicking on the headings.
8.9.2 Search for User Information
It is possible to search for users registered in the system by name or extension number.
Search for a user following the steps below:
1 Select Users > Users.
2 Enter the name or number to search for in the text field. It is possible to enter only
the beginning of the name or number.
3 Click "show".
8.9.3 Add a User
