6.4 Loudspeaking Function
There are four options to activate the loudspeaking function:
• When receiving a call, press the left Soft key , or
• During a call, press the left Soft key .
• During a call, put the telephone in a charger. Requires that the In Charger Action is set to
Loudspeaking, see 7.1.3 In Charger Actions when in Call on page 39.
• This function can also be activated by selecting another answering method, that is,
"Automatically" and/or "Loudspeaking". See 7.8.5 Answering on page 57.
6.5 Call Diversion
All calls; internal calls, external calls, calls when busy, or calls at no answer can be diverted to
another telephone number. The diversion is made via the Calls menu > Call services > Divert
calls. See 7.2.4 Call Services on page 41.
It is also possible to programme a Soft key, Hot key, Navigation key, or Multifunction button
with a short cut to the “Call diversion” function. Refer to 7.7 Short Cuts on page 51, and
Divert Internal/External Calls on page 42.
6.6 Additional Call Services
Besides the default Call services functions, it is possible to define 16 extra system specific
codes/general services. This is programmed in the PDM/AIWS. See also 7.2.4 Call Services on
page 41.
