6. Handset Configuration
6.5.1 Automatic key lock
NOTE: If configured, it is possible to dial a pre-defined emergency number when the keypad
is locked, see 6.9.

1 Select Device > Settings.
2In the Automatic key lock drop-down list, sele
ct one of the following:
• Enable - activates automatic key lock.
• Disable - deactivates automatic key lock
6.5.2 Phone lock
Activate the phone lock to prevent unauthoriz
ed usage of the
handset. A password is
required to unlock the handset in order to access its functions.
NOTE: If configured, it is possible to dial a pre-defined emergency
number when the handset
is locked, see 6.9.6 Emergency Number on page 52. It is not recommended to use
Phone Lock when using the Shared Phone feature.
1 Select Device > Settings.
2In the Phone lock drop-d
own list, select one of the following:
• On - the handset will be locked after a few seconds when it is not used.
• On in charger - the handset will be locked when placed in charger.
• Off - the phone lock is disabled.
6.5.3 Audio adjustment
Select the volumes for the different
audio
signals in the handset.
1 Select Audio > Volume.
2 Select the applicable volumes item in the
drop-down lists:
• Handsfree volume
• Headset volume
• Speaker volume
