1. Plug the device into any act USB port to power it, and keep waiting until the blue

Indicator LED starts to ﬂash slowly.

2. Find the WiFi slgna of this device named with AP7628. Connect to it using

password 12345678.

3. Open browser link with http://10.10.10.254, id is admin, password is admin. Bind

the device to a nearby WiFi hotspot by AP Client mode.

4. After binding successfully, start to enjoy your freely internet surﬁng (make sure

you are connected to the WiFi of this new device).
