WARNING
STRANGULATION HAZARD:
Children have STRANGLED in cords. Keep the adaptor cord out of the reach
of children (more than 3 ft. / 0.9m away). NEVER attempt to use cord without
the protective covering. Check protective covering before each use to ensure
that the cord is not exposed to your child. Immediately discontinue use if
protective coating is damaged or broken. Do not remove this tag.
Infants can suocate:
• In gaps between a mattress too small or too thick and product sides
• On soft bedding
NEVER add a mattress, pillow, comforter, or padding.
