Sending an SMS message
9. Press the left function key to display the options menu.
From the options menu you can:
• Send Send the message
• save Save the message in the draft folder.
• Insert a new paragraph, template, phone num-
ber, pre animation, own picture, own ani-
mation, pre sound, or own melody.
• Text format Format the test. Align left, right, or cen-
ter, or set text to italic, underline, or
strikeout.
• Input language Set the input language.
• Input method Set the input method. See “Text input
methods and language” on page 35.
10. Use the joystick key to highlight an option.
11. Press the left function key to select it.
Notes: • When you select the send option you are prompted to
type in a telephone number for the recipient. See also
“Using the phonebook to send a message” on
page 22.
• You can review and edit saved messages from the
draft folder. Saved messages are not automatically
sent.
• The input method can be set to multitap or T9.
