Call setting
To reset default handset settings:
1. If the phone is turned off, turn it on as described in “Turning the
phone on and off” on page 10.
2. When the idle screen appears, press the left function key to
display the menu screen.
3. Use the joystick key to highlight the settings icon and press the
left function key or the joystick key to select it.
The settings menu is displayed.
4. Use the joystick key to highlight the Handset Setting option.
5. Press the left function key to select it.
The handset setting menu is displayed.
6. Use the joystick key to highlight the Reset Setting option.
7. Press the left function key to select the option.
A message asks you to confirm that you really want to reset
default settings.
8. Press the right function key to confirm.
9.4 Call setting
Use the call setting menu to configure answer mode, call waiting, call
diverting, call barring, hide number, and minute minder.
9.4.1 Answer mode
Answer mode can be set so that only the send/answer key can
be used to answer a call, or any key, or opening the sliding front.
