Battery life is getting very short.
• Your battery may need replacing. See you dealer for advice.
• You have spent time playing games and run the battery down.
Recharge the battery.
• The area may have poor signal coverage which reduces bat-
tery life. Use the phone in areas with good coverage for the
best battery life.
• The backlight may be set to be on for to long. See “To change
the backlight time:” on page 74.
Cannot use some features
Some features such as call barring, voice mail, WAP, and MMS
require internet functions or network enabling. Check with your
service provider.
Cannot save contact to the phone book
The phonebook memory may be full. Try saving new contacts in
the handset memory, or move contacts in SIM card memory to
handset memory. See “Editing, deleting, or moving a contact” on
page 20.
Cannot receive any short messages
Check if message memory is full. Delete old messages to save
memory space. See “Messages” on page 29.
