This command is only valid in a procedure.
Halt scoe local procedure (with time out TO in
seconds defined by RX[15]) until TM words do match
the following parameters:
[Offset,Mask,Value] up to 8 times,
Offset, Mask,Min, Max
If Time-Out occurs, jump RX [14] lines.
Here offset is counted from the beginning of the TM
packet. Refer to paragraph 3.1.3.5.1

This command set the strip_chart plot Number Np.
The program look in telemetry until TM words do
match the following parameters:
[Offset,Mask,Value] up to 8 times,
then send to the strip_chart plotter the word defined
