Aston Global Inc. extends t

his limited warranty solely to the original purchaser of the A636 self contained spa

installed for residential use only with in the continental United States (further described in this document as the

owner or customer) and is not transferrable. Proof of purchase is required to exercise this warranty. The warranty

begins on the date of purchase either from the Aston Global warehouse location or an authorized reseller’s

location.

Year Prorated Warranty Spa Shell Structure

Aston Global Inc wa

rranties against water loss due to defects in the spa shell structure for 5 years from the date of

purchase. The spa shell structure is prorated according to the following depreciation schedule: 20% per for 5 years

= replacement cost.

anty Spa Shell Surface

Aston Global Inc wa

rranties the interior surface for the spa shell against blistering, bubbles or delimitation for 3

years from the original purchase date

o Year warranty on Plumbing and Jets

Aston Global Inc warranties factory installed plumbing and jets against water loss due to defects in material or

workmanship for a period of 2 years from the original purchase date.

One year warranty for Electrical Components

Aston Global Inc wa

rranties the spa’s electrical components specifically, the pump(s), spa controller, heater and

top side controls against malfunctions due to defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the

original date of purchase.

r, light bulb, fuses, cabinet finish and filter are warranted to free of defects and workmanship and

material at the time of delivery.

Limitations, Exceptions and

Disclaimers

The product must be installed by a licensed electrician by the state for which you reside in otherwise this warranty

is null and void.

The unit is intende

d for single family residential use only. Use in a non-residential single family setting such as

rental, commercial or institutional properties as defined below will void the warranty:

 Rental Prope

rty: Defined as any property rented for profit

 Commercial Property: Defined as hotel/motel units, apartment buildings, multi-family dwellings, health

clubs/fitness centers, nail solons, beauty/spa centers, time shares, bed and breakfast inns and private

clubs or lodges

 Institutional Properties: Defined as hospitals, nursing homes or assisted living centers or communities

Damage resulting from the following are not covered by this limited warranty

• Any abuse, misuse or neglect including installation, operation, maintenance or use of the spa, other than in

accordance with the spa’s Owner’s Manual

• Operation of the spa at water temperatures outside the range of 32˚F (0˚C) through 120 ˚F (48.8 ˚C)
