Failure to provide even and sufficient structural support for the sp

Allowing sun to shine directly on the Spa Shell surface without wate
r or a spa cover

Improper preparation of the spa for winter or freezing temperatures
 Use of Aluminum wire for connection to the spa and/or improper wiring of the GFCI/RCD in regards to
grounding or the “Loaded” neutral wire (safety violation)
 Repairs or alterations performed by anyone other than an authorized service representative
Warranty does not cover customer neglect, misuse or abuse, non authorized modification, poor installation,
accidents, normal wear and tear, Acts of God, exces
sive heat or other causes beyond the control of Aston Global
Inc.
This Limited does not provide coverage for the insulating cover, any item attached to or installed on the spa after
the date of manufacture or for gaining access to any component for repair or replacement
Aston Global Inc will not provide any reimbursement of labor costs stemming from the removal, disassembly,
reassembly and installation of the spa in order to diagnosis any issue or problem, elicit a repair or warranty
replacement.
Aston Global Inc will not be liable for any injuries to any person sustained during the deliver, installation or repair of
the unit.
The customer is responsible for providing adequate access to the jets, plumbing computer controls in order to
repair the unit.
The customer accepts any and all responsibility for repair or replacement of any component on the unit.
This warranty does not include any labor for installation or repair.
Limitations
This Limited warranty takes the place of all other warranties, expressed or implied, in fact or at law, including
implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. No agent dealer, distributor, service
company or other party is authorized to change modify or extend the terms of this Limited Warranty in any manner
whatsoever.
Disclaimers
Aston Global Inc and it representatives shall not be liable for any injury, loss, cost or other damages, whether
incidental or consequential, arising out of any defect covered by this Limited Warranty including and without
limitation, loss of use of the unit and cost for removal of defective product even if Aston Global Inc has been
advised of the possibility of such damage. The liability of Aston Global Inc under this Limited Warranty, if any shall
not exceed the original amount paid for defective product. The coverage under this Limited Warranty shall
commence as of the original date of purchase and the duration of such coverage shall not extend for any reason
whatsoever beyond the stated time period. The customer is required to provide adequate access the unit for any
repair or inspection. Aston Global Inc shall not be liable for expenses or damage which may include but are limited
to water damage, removal of any and all common building product such as tile, flooring, wood, sheet rock, plumbing
fixtures, concrete board, vanities, bathtubs and toilets or any other custom items.
