Assembly Instructions

1. Carefully layout all parts in a line on a smooth surface, and use the following steps to assemble the lamp.

2. Install an E12, Type B, 15 Watt bulb (not included) or E12, LED, 1 watt bulb (not included)

Note: For bulb replacement, remove shade and replace the bulb.

3. Next carefully install the shade into base.

NOTE: Please be careful when installing the shade into the base, the shade is fragile.

4. Plug into the wall outlet for use.

5. Use the in-line switch to turn the item ON and OFF

Note: The below diagram illustrates the installation of your new luminary. This is a representative drawing and is not

intended to match the style of your luminary.

Important Safety Instruction

This portable lamp has a polarized plug (One blade is wider than

the other) as a safety feature to reduce the risk of the electric shock.

This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does

not fit in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, consult a

qualified electrician. Never use an extension cord unless the plug

can be fully inserted. Do not alter the plug.
