g. Remove cap from pH sensor and screw firmly 50mm T installed in the plumbing. Do Not Overtighten.

h. The water connections to the Cell are 50mm high pressure PVC pipe. Glue into Union tails using PVC

glue as show above. Direction of flow through the cell is not critical. WARNING: Never install the cell

before the pump or heater

i. The cell must be installed with the barrel unions underneath and the cell should be horizontal. Both

40mm and 50mm fittings have been provided. Make sure that the o’rings are correctly fitted and the

unions are done up tightly.

j. Hang Controller on wall bracket and plug power supply lead into 3 pin 10 amp outlet.

k. Ensure removable draw is replaced on controller to protect from water ingress.

 ACID SHOULD BE DILUTED MINIMUM 1:2

 ALWAYS ADD ACID TO WATER (NOT WATER TO ACID)

 NEVER MIX CHEMICALS

 CHEMICALS MUST BE STORED IN ACCORDANCE WITH RELEVANT STANDARDS AND

DANGEROUS GOODS CODES. CONSULT YOUR AUTHORISED BUILDER OR POOL SHOP

TECHNICIAN FOR ADVICE.

 WHEN HANDLING ACID, SAFETY GLOVES AND GOGGLES SHOULD ALWAYS BE USED
