VB-S(2)-QAM conversion
For the conversion of one DVB-S(2)-modulated SAT-
IF-signals in one QAM-modulated adjacent channel
between 47 – 862 MHz, especially for the X-5 twin
base unit.
Thanks to the integrated stuffing unit, PCR corection,
PID filter as well as the
NIT construction in both chan-
nels the
X-QAM 5 S2 is suitable for a variety of todayʼs
and future applications.
The level is adapted automatically, if different types of
QAM modulation are chosen. The plug-in modules
can be adjusted on the same output level electrically.

DVB-S(2)-QAM Umsetzung
Zur Umsetzung eines DVB-S(2)-modulierten SAT-ZF-
Signales in einen QAM-modulierte Nachbarkanal im
Frequenzbereich von 47 bis 862 MHz, speziell für die
X-5 twin Basis.
Durch die integrierte Datenratenanpassung, PCR-
Korrektur, PID-Filter sowie der NIT-Erstellung in bei-
den Kanälen ist die X-QAM 5 S2 vielseitig anwendbar
und zukunftssicher.
Der Ausgangskanäle können getrennt voneinander an-
und abgeschaltet werden. Die Pegelanpassung bei
u
nterschiedlicher QAM-Modulation erfolgt automa-
tisch, die einzelnen Steckkarten können elektronisch
auf gleichen Ausgangspegel eingestellt werden.
