These connectors are for the Serial ATA signal cables for Serial ATA
3 Gb/s hard disk and optical disk drives. The Serial ATA 3 Gb/s is
backward compatible with Serial ATA I specification.
If you installed Serial ATA hard disk drives, you can create a RAID 0, RAID
1, RAID 0+1, RAID 5, or JBOD configuration with the Primary and
Secondary IDE drives through the onboard nVIDIA
®
nForce™ 4 SLI RAID
controller.
The RAID function of these connectors is set to [Disabled] by
default. If you intend to create a Serial ATA RAID set using these
connectors, enable the
nVidia RAID FunctionnVidia RAID Function

nVidia RAID Function item in the BIOS.

These connectors support RAID 0, RAID 1, RAID 0+1, RAID 5, and
