Limitation of Liability

Circumstancesmayarisewherebecauseofa

defaultonASUS’partorotherliability,youare

entitled to recover damages from ASUS. In each

suchinstance,regardlessofthebasisonwhichyou

are entitled to claim damages from ASUS, ASUS is

liablefornomorethandamagesforbodilyinjury

(includingdeath)anddamagetorealpropertyand

tangiblepersonalproperty;oranyotheractualand

direct damages resulted from omission or failure

ofperforminglegaldutiesunderthisWarranty

Statement, up to the listed contract price of each

product.

ASUSwillonlyberesponsiblefororindemnifyyou

for loss, damages or claims based in contract, tort

orinfringementunderthisWarrantyStatement.
