3. If QIS failed to detect your Internet connection type, follow

the steps below to manually conﬁgure your connection

settings:

a) Select the Annex mode that your DSL service uses.

NOTES:

• AnnexAorAnnexBmodehasmultiplemodes:AnnexA/I/J/L/M

or Annex B/J. If your ISP DSLAM offers both Annex A and Annex M

mode, QIS automatically set the Annex mode to Annex A/I/J/L/M

mode and completes the DSL line setting.

Annex mode, refer to the section 4.7.4 DSL Setting.
