ThisoptionisonlyfortheRAID1set.
Rebuilding the RAID with other non-RAID disk
IfanyoftheSATAharddiskdrivesincludedintheRAID1arrayfailed,thesystemdisplays
thestatusoftheRAIDvolumeas“Degraded”duringPOST.YoucanrebuildtheRAIDarray
withotherinstallednon-RAIDdisks.
TorebuildtheRAIDwithothernon-RAIDdisk:
1. DuringPOST,press<Ctrl>+<I>attheprompttoentertheIntelRapidStorage
TechnologyoptionROMutility.
2. Ifthereisanon-RAIDSATAHardDiskavailable,theutilitywillpromptyoutorebuild
theRAID.Presstheup/downarrowkeystoselectthedestinationdiskthenPress
<Enter>tostarttherebuildingprocess,orpress<ESC>toexit.

Select the port of destination disk for rebuilding (ESC to exit):

“Degraded” volume and disk available for rebuilding detected. Selectign
a disk initiates a rebuild. Rebuild completes in the operating system.
