Step 2
Choose Function->TP Mode, and click it to make the DUT switch into
TP mode.
Step 3
It will show the following dialog, turn on inactive DUT, to click “Abort” to
continue.
Step 4
If it shows the following dialog , click“確定” and please repeat Step2
through to Step3.
