System Requirements
One available slot or port for any of these cards: PCI slot for PCI TV tuner card; PCIe slot for PCIe TV
tuner card; USB 2.0 port for TV box; or Express Card port for TV express card.
Notebooks: Pentium M 1.3GHz or higher is recommended
If you are using an EeePC notebook, refer to the requirements below:
EeePC 701 or later version
For Linux platform, install the driver and TV application in the “For EeePC” folder in the CD-ROM driver.
Check the manual of the CD-ROM driver for more details.
For Windows
®
platform, install the TV Tuner as you would on a desktop PC or notebook.
PC: Pentium 4 2.6GHz equivalent or higher is recommended
Minimum 256MB system memory (512MB or higher is recommended)
Graphics card with 32MB or higher video memory is recommended
CD-ROM drive for driver installation
1GB hard drive space is required
DirectX-compatible audio solution

Ensure that you read the safety precautions provided on the box of your TV tuner card.
Card/Box Installation
For the system without an existing TV tuner card
1. Turn off your computer and monitor, then disconnect all power plugs from the power sockets.
2. Remove the chassis, then locate the PCI/PCIe slot. Refer to your system manual for the location of the
PCI/PCIe slot.
3. Remove the bracket opposite the slot that you intend to use.
4. Align the TV tuner card with the slot and press rmly until the card is properly seated on the slot.
5. Secure the TV tuner card to the chassis with the screw you removed place the computer cover, then
reconnect all power plugs to a power socket.
