Physical Presence Spec Version
Select to tell the OS to support PPI Spec Version 1.2 or 1.3.

NOTE: Some HCK tests might not support version 1.3.
SATA Controller
Allows you to enable or disable the Chipset SATA Controller.
Configuration options: [Disabled] [Enabled]
SMART Self Test
SMART (Self-Monitoring, Analysis and Reporting Technology) is a monitoring
system that shows a warning message during POST (Power-On Self Test)
when an error occurs in the hard disks.
Configuration options: [Disabled] [Enabled]
4.4.2 PCH Storage Configuration
While entering Setup, the BIOS automatically detects the presence of SATA
devices. The SATA Port items show [Empty] if no SATA device is installed to
the corresponding SATA port.
