7.1 Managing torrent les via your
Android device
You can manage the torrent les on your NAS-M25 using your Android device.
IMPORTANT:
• Ensure that BT Client add-in application is installed in your NAS.
• Download the ASUS NAS-M25 BT Manager from the Android Market.
To manage torrent les via your Android device:
1. On your Android device, tap the search icon and key in NAS-M25 to search and
download the ASUS NAS-M25 BT Manager.
2. After installing the ASUS NAS-M25 BT Manager on your Android device, tap Open
settings.
3. Congure the following settings:
IP or domain name: Key in the NAS-M25 IP address or the NAS Domain Name.
Use authentication: Tap to tick this item.
Username: Key in your NAS-M25 default administrator username admin.
Password: Key in your NAS-M25 administrator password.
4. When you have successfully congured the ASUS NAS-M25 BT Manager settings, you
can monitor and control your NAS-M25 BT Client on your Android device. See 6.2
Using BT Client for details on downloading and uploading BitTorrent les.
NOTE:
The NAS Domain Name is the domain name of your NAS-M25 that you registered via
Networks > Dynamic DNS in the NAS web GUI.
