XP Service Pack 2 or later version before using Serial ATA.
3.4 Connectors
2. USBdevicewake-up(3-pinUSBPW1-4,USBPW56)
Set these jumpers to +5V to wake up the computer from S1 sleep mode
(CPU stopped, DRAM refreshed, system running in low power mode) using
the connected USB devices. Set these jumpers to +5VSB to wake up the
compurer from S3 and S4 sleep modes (no power to CPU, DRAM in slow
refresh, power supply in reduced power mode).

1. SerialATAconnectors(7-pinSATA1,SATA2,SATA3)
These connectors are for the Serial ATA signal cables for Serial ATA
3Gb/s hard disk and optical disk drives. The Serial ATA 3Gb/s is backward
compatible with Serial ATA 1.5Gb/s specication. The data transfer rate of the
Serial ATA 3Gb/s is faster than the standard parallel ATA with 133 MB/s (Ultra
DMA133).
