The following item appears only when the CPU VRM Switching Frequency is set to
[Auto].
VRM Spread Spectrum
This item allows to enhance the system stability. Conguration options:
[Auto] [Disabled] [Enabled]
CPU Power Duty Control
DIGI + VRM Duty Control adjusts the current of every VRM phase and the thermal
conditions of every phase component.
[T. Probe] Select to set the VRM thermal balance mode.
[Extreme] Select to set the VRM current balance mode.
DO NOT remove the thermal module. The thermal conditions should be monitored.
CPU Power Phase Control
This item allows you to set the power phase control of the CPU.
[Auto] Automatically set the phase control mode.
[Standard] The phase control will be based on the CPU command.
[Optimized] Set to the ASUS optimized phase tuning prole.
[Extreme] Set to the full phase mode.
[Power Phase Response] The phase number will be adjusted by current(A) step.
DO NOT remove the thermal module when setting this item to [Extreme] or [Power Phase
Response]. The thermal conditions should be monitored.
The following item appears only when the CPU Power Phase Control is set to [Power
Phase Response].
Manual Adjustment
This item allows to select the reaction time. Conguration options: [Regular]
[Medium] [Fast] [Ultra Fast]
CPU Power Thermal Control
A higher temperature brings a wider CPU power thermal range and extends the
overclocking tolerance to enlarge O.C. potential. Use the <+> and <-> keys to adjust
the value. To restore the default setting, type [auto] using the keyboard and press the
<Enter> key.
DO NOT remove the thermal module. The thermal conditions should be monitored.
VDDSOC Load-line Calibration
This item allows you to select the VDDSOC Load-line Calibration. Select from levels 1
to 8 to adjust the load-line slope. Conguration options [Auto] [Level 1] - [Level 8]
The actual performance boost may vary depending on your CPU specication.
