1.6.1 AMD fTPM Conguration

The items in this menu allow you to congure the TPM settings.

AMD fTPM switch

This item allows you to enable or disable AMD CPU fTPM. Conguration options: [Enabled]

[Disabled]

Erase fTPM NV for factory reset

[Enabled] When new CPU is installed, select this option to reset fTPM. If you are

using BitLocker or encryption-enabled system, your system cannot boot up

without a recovery key.

[Disabled] Select this option to keep previous fTPM record and continue system

boot. fTPM will NOT be enabled with new CPU unless fTPM is reset

(reinitialized). You can swap back to the old CPU to recover TPM related

keys and data.
