• Before you install or remove the ROG GEN-Z.2 card, ensure that the ATX power
supply is switched off or the power cord is detached from the power supply. Failure to
do so may cause severe damage to the motherboard or ROG GEN-Z.2 card.
• The ROG GEN-Z.2 card is notched to fit in only one orientation. Ensure that the
notch on your card is aligned correctly with the GEN-Z.2 slot before inserting the
card.
• If a fan cable is connected to the CPU_OPT and/or AIO_PUMP header, ensure to
remove the fan cables before installing the ROG GEN-Z.2 card. Replace the fan
cables after the ROG GEN-Z.2 card in installed.
