4. Youmaynotcopy,modify,sublicense,ordistributetheProgramexceptas
expresslyprovidedunderthisLicense.Anyattemptotherwisetocopy,modify,
sublicenseordistributetheProgramisvoid,andwillautomaticallyterminate
yourrightsunderthisLicense.However,partieswhohavereceivedcopies,or
rights,fromyouunderthisLicensewillnothavetheirlicensesterminatedso
longassuchpartiesremaininfullcompliance.
5. YouarenotrequiredtoacceptthisLicense,sinceyouhavenotsignedit.
However,nothingelsegrantsyoupermissiontomodifyordistributethe
Programoritsderivativeworks.Theseactionsareprohibitedbylawifyoudo
notacceptthisLicense.Therefore,bymodifyingordistributingtheProgram(or
anyworkbasedontheProgram),youindicateyouracceptanceofthisLicense
todoso,andallitstermsandconditionsforcopying,distributingormodifying
theProgramorworksbasedonit.
