2. YoumaymodifyyourcopyorcopiesoftheProgramoranyportion
ofit,thusformingaworkbasedontheProgram,andcopyand
distributesuchmodicationsorworkunderthetermsofSection
1above,providedthatyoualsomeetalloftheseconditions:
 a) Youmustcausethemodiedlestocarryprominentnotices
statingthatyouchangedthelesandthedateofanychange.
 b) Youmustcauseanyworkthatyoudistributeorpublish,that
inwholeorinpartcontainsorisderivedfromtheProgramorany
partthereof,tobelicensedas awholeatnochargetoallthird
partiesunderthetermsofthisLicense.
 c) Ifthe modified programnormally reads commands
interactively when run, you must cause it, when started running
