6. M.2 slot
The M.2 slot allows you to M.2 SSD modules.
• M.2_1 slot supports PCIe 3.0 x4 and SATA mode Key M design and type 2242 /
2260/ 2280 storage devices.
• M.2_2 slot supports PCIe 3.0 x4 mode Key M design and type 2242 / 2260/ 2280 /
22110 storage devices.
• M.2_1 shares bandwidth with SATA6G_1. When M.2_1 runs SATA mode,
SATA6G_1 will be disabled.
• M.2_2 slot supports IRST (Intel
®
Rapid Storage Technology).
The M.2 SSD module is purchased separately.
