19. Remove the cables from the PCB.
Unplug the LVDS and LCD power cables and set aside for re-assembly.
Note: The boards are not required during reassembly.
If discarding, please do so in accordance with local laws.
20. Remove the metal standoff.
Using the pliers, carefully remove the metal standoff by gently bending and
breaking it away from the metal base as shown. Clean the hole to make sure no
metal fragments remain. The metal standoff must be removed for the G-SYNC
module to seat properly in the chassis.
Note: The metal standoff is not required for reassembly.
If discarding, please do so in accordance with local laws.
21. Connect the cables to your NVIDIA G-SYNC
PCB Module.
Insert the LVDS and LCD power cables into the main board as shown.
Note: Ensure the metal plate on the LVDS cable is face up
after the insertion and the two thick cables are parallel
(not twisted).
If the cables cross each other, the two white plugs have not
been inserted in the correct connectors.
