このメニューで は 、管 理 者パ スワードとユーザーパ スワード を設 定するこ
とができます。また、特定モデルでは記憶装置、入力/出力（I/O）インター
フェース 、U S B インターフェースへ のアクセ スを 制 御 すること が もで きま す。
注意:
• 「User Password」を設定すると、OS およびBIOSを起動する際にパス
ワードの入力を求めるプロンプトが表示されます。
• 「Administrator Password」を設定すると、BIOSを起動する際にパス
ワードの入力を求めるプロンプトが表示されます。
• 「Administrator Password」を設定した場合は、BIOSの設定変更に
は 、「 Administrator Password」を 使 用 し て ロ グ イ ン す る 必 要 が あ り 、
「User Password」を 使 用してログインしてもB I O Sの設 定 変 更 はで き
ません。
• モデルにより動作が異なる場合があります。

Password Description
If ONLY the Administrator’s password is set, then
this only limits access to Setup and is only asked
for when entering Setup. If ONLY the User’s password
is set, then this is a power on password and must be
entered to boot or enter Setup. In Setup, the User
will have Administrator rights.
