3.11.1 System Event Log
The items in this menu allow you to change the SEL event log conguration.
SEL Components [Enabled]
The items in this menu allow you to enable/disable all features of System Event Logging
during boot.
Conguration options: [Disabled] [Enabled]
• The following items appear only when you set the SEL components item to [Enabled].
• All changes made will take effect when restarting your system.
Erase SEL [No]
This item allows you to select an option of erasing SEL.
Conguration options: [No] [Yes, On next reset] [Yes, On every reset]
When SEL is Full [Do Nothing]
This item allows you to select a reaction to a full SEL.
Conguration options: [Do Nothing] [Erase Immediately]
Log EFI Status Codes [Error code]
This item allows you to disable the logging of EFI status codes, logging only error code
or progress code, or both codes.
Conguration options: [Disabled] [Both] [Error code] [Progress code]
