Overview and Testing
Assigning Automated Attendant
to Voice Channels for Testing
For testing purposes, assign the Automated Attendant service to all voice channels.
To assign services to channels, follow these steps:
1.
Log on as
maint.
2.
At the Integrated Solution Maintenance menu, move the cursor to
Technician Maintenance
and Press [
ENTER
].
The Technician Maintenance menu appears.
