Assigning Trunks to DGC Groups
Trunks to be answered by extensions that are part of a DGC group must be
assigned to the DGC group.
To assign a trunk to a DGC group, follow these steps:
Using the Basic Administration System:

At the Main Menu, select Port.
At Action=, enter 1.
At Data=, enter the trunk port number (CSSPP).
At Action=, enter 6.
At Data=, enter the DGC group number.
Press [ DELETE ] to exit.
Using the Advanced Administration Software:

At the Main Menu, select Trunks.
At the Trunks menu, select Modify a Trunk.
The Modify a Trunk form appears.
In the Trunk # field, enter either the trunk number or the physical port
(CSSPP).
At the Assign to DGC Group field, enter the DGC group number.
Press [
F3 ] (SUBMIT).
Press [
ESC ] repeatedly to return to the Main Menu.
