Upgrading to Release 4.2
■ Both of the following:
— Release 3.0 or later processor module that is flash card capable
(when converting from Release 2.1 or earlier).
— A forced installation PCMCIA memory card with Release 4.0
system software (when converting from any release).
■ DOS-formatted diskette
Upgrading to Release 4.2
You must have DOS SPM Version 5.15 to upgrade to Release 4.2 from
Releases 1.0, 1.1, 2.0, 2.1, 3.0, 3.1, or 4.0.
To upgrade to Release 4.2, you need:
■ SPM Version 5.15 or later to back up and convert system programming
information and to restore system programming information after the
Release 4.0 processor module has been installed.
■ Both of the following:
— Release 3.0 or later processor module that is flash-card capable
(when converting from Release 2.1 or earlier).
— A forced installation PCMCIA memory card with Release 4.0
system software (when converting from any release).
■ DOS-formatted diskette
Upgrading to Release 4.1
You must have DOS SPM Version 5.15 to upgrade to Release 4.1 from
Releases 1.0, 1.1, 2.0, 2.1, 3.0, 3.1, or 4.0.
