Caller ID In Release 3.0 and later, a system feature that sup-
ports a caller identification service provided by some
local telephone companies (if local regulations allow)
supplying the calling party telephone number. An
800 GS/LS-ID module on the system can capture
this information and display it on the screens of MLX

Calling group Team of individuals who answer the same types of
calls.

CAS (Call Accounting System) DOS- or UNIX Sys-
tem-based application that monitors and manages
telecommunications costs.
CAT (Call Accounting Terminal) Stand-alone unit with a
built-in microprocessor and data buffer that provides
simple call accounting at a low cost.
