QCC (Queued Call Console) MLX-20L telephone used by
a system operator in Hybrid/PBX mode only. Used
to answer outside calls (directed to a system
operator position) and inside calls, direct inside and
outside calls to an extension or an outside telephone
number, serve as a message center, make outside
calls for users with outward calling restrictions, set
up conference calls, and monitor system operation.
RAM (random-access memory) Computer memory in
which an individual byte or range of bytes can be
addressed and read or changed without affecting
other parts of memory.

Remote Access System feature that allows an outside caller to gain
access to the system, almost as if at a system
extension.
restore Procedure whereby saved and archived system
programming is reinstated on the system, from a
floppy disk or memory card.
