Airplane mode
Disable all network communication.
1. From the Home screen, swipe up to access Apps and tap Settings .
2. Tap Network & internet .
3. Slide the Airplane mode switch to the On position to activate
Airplane mode.
Hotspot & tethering
Share your phone’s internet connection with other devices.
Note: Using your phone as a mobile hotspot increases battery consumption
and data usage.
Use your phone as a Mobile hotspot
1. From the Home screen, swipe up to access Apps and tap Settings .
2. Tap Network & internet > Hotspot & tethering > Wi-Fi hotspot.
3. Slide the Wi-Fi hotspot switch to the On position to activate the
hotspot.
• Hotspot name: Set the hotspot name.
• Security: Turn hotspot security on or off.
• Hotspot password: Tap to set a hotspot password.
• Extend compatibility: Slide the switch to the On position to enable.
• Turn off hotspot automatically: Slide the switch to the On position to
turn off the hotspot automatically if no devices are connected.
• Connected device list: View a list of connected devices.
