ATA screen always displays Joining Site.
ATA is not active immediately after a power interruption.
Probable Cause Corrective Action
The system already has the
maximum allowable number
of ATAs connected.
 None. The ATA cannot join the site.
Probable Cause Corrective Action
The ATA needs time to
restore service.
 Allow at least 30 seconds for the ATA to boot up
again after a power failure.
