Incomplete Voicemail messages.
Unable to find a message in a Group Mailbox.
The number of new messages in a Group Mailbox changed spontaneously.
Probable Cause Corrective Action
Recording interrupted by
time-out or full memory.
 If a caller leaves a very long message, part of it
may be lost when the Deskset disconnects the
call after two minutes.
 If the caller pauses for longer than six seconds,
the Deskset stops recording and disconnects the
call.
 If the Deskset’s memory becomes full during a
message, the Deskset stops recording and
disconnects the call.
 If the caller's voice is very soft, the Deskset may
stop recording and disconnect the call.

users. Messages can be marked as old or deleted
by other users.
