Call Appearance mode only — You cannot make or receive phone calls on the T1 channels.
Probable Cause Corrective Action
Incoming or outgoing calls
using the T1 trunk are
attempted before the 
SYN/ACT LED is GREEN.
 Press the RESET button on the front panel of the
T1 Gateway for less than 5 seconds.
 Wait for the SYNC LED to turn GREEN before
making or receiving any T1 calls or receiving calls
on the T1 Gateway.
