Directory Sort
The Directory entries are sorted by first or last names. When you use the dial pad to search, the system searches for the names
in the sort order.
To sort Directory entries:

Press DIRECTORY to display the Directory, as shown in Figure 166.
To sort the entries by last name, press , as shown in Figure 166.
To sort the entries by first name, press , as shown in Figure 167.
The Directory stays in the chosen sort order until you change it.
